I am a modern medicine woman, a yoga teacher with over 19 years of experience; a seasoned massage therapist (19 years); a certified NLP practitioner; and a Be Free Breathwork (TM) facilitator and teacher. I am the co-owner of The Be Free Healing Center in Ft Collins CO, a place for creativity and healing. I offer a sacred space to dive in, witness and shift the old programming, rediscover your magic, and find integration (body-mind-soul).

Integrated Breath Bodywork is my signature blend of Swedish, Thai, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Craniosacral, Hot Towels, Singing Bowls, and a lot of love! It is my deepest pleasure to offer you a space of profound nurturing and realignment.
YOGA
With over 18 years of teaching experience, I offer weekly classes at BFHC, as well as private yoga sessions for all body types and abilities. Whether you're dealing with an injury/special concern, or just want a session tailored to YOU, I'd love to share my yoga knowledge and love with you!

THE BE FREE HEALING CENTER
I started Be Free in 2007 with my first yoga studio in a small mountain town in western NC called Bryson City. Since that time, Be Free has taken many forms. The Be Free Healing Center is now OPEN in Ft Collins CO. We opened in Oct '19 and are ready to receive you if you're looking for a yoga/massage place to call home.
